checklist of your state's birds. These CDs include our Official World listings
of both species and subspecies and our Official listing of North American birds.
But we don't stop there. You'll get TWO printable checklists (PDF format); one
for the entire Bird Country US area and another specific to your state (Adobe
Acrobat Reader required). And that's still not all. We've taken our Excel
checklists (Microsoft Excel required) and done all the work for you that will
now enable you to enter the number of birds you may see for any day of the year
and the program will automatically tally the number of birds on a daily, monthly
and annual basis. And then, if that's not all - it will do the same thing for
the total number of species. What a great way to track your bird sightings and
see how species composition and numbers change over the course of a year. You
can also duplicate this file and keep one for your home, one for your favorite
birding spot, one for your local wildlife refuge or park, and the list goes on
